WE ARE HIRING FOR MULTIPLE POSITIONS

We’re looking to grow our Glass-House installation team by bringing on multiple roles by June.

GLAZIERS / LEAD GLAZIERS :

The ideal candidates will have experience in the installation of greenhouse glass and glazing systems, knowledge of various types of glass and frames, and the ability to use the tools and equipment required for the installation of glass and glazing systems.

CHIEF ELECTRICIANS :

We are looking for experienced Chief Electricians to Monitor and inspect the work of electricians and undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure in greenhouses.

HYDRAULIC MECHANICS :

We need urgently hydraulic mechanics to repair or replace hydraulic systems in vehicles, diagnose problems with hydraulic systems and repair them using hand tools, power tools, and computerized diagnostic equipment, and inspect hydraulic systems to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently at all times.

WELDING SUPERVISORS :

We are looking for skilled Welding Supervisors to Develop and evaluate welding procedures. You will operate appropriate equipment to put together structures or parts with a great deal of precision. Your job is important as it provides the foundation for a strong infrastructure.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

• 5 years of proven experience in the role.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Trained and certified to operate lift equipment, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, scaffolding, and swing stages.
• Ability to use tools and equipment required for each role.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
• Posses expertise & leadership.
• Ability to write reports and documents clearly and concisely.
• The ability to use digital technology and communication tools to find, evaluate, and create information.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the job site schedule.
• Regular attendance is required.
