Job description Linedata provides critical financial software to well-known, global banking and asset management institutions. The Linedata Information Technology team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee all outsourced and in-house projects across all global IT functions.As a member of the Linedata IT team the Technical Projects Engineer that is responsible for managing both the design and implementation of all projects related to IT within Linedata. The ideal candidate will have a project delivery background across multiple areas of technology, including IT infrastructure (ESXi, SAN, Networking and Telephony), cloud applications (Teams, Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business) and Networking alongside experience managing multi-functional international delivery teams. This individual will identify, develop and plan strategies and supporting guidance to the projects team globally and lead both the technical and project level discussion for all IT projects..css-vfo6{padding-top:24px;padding-bottom:12px;font-size:20px;font-weight:;}Job Requirement Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Hands on delivery of Office, VMware, Hyper-V, SAN, Teams and OneDrive for business project work.
• Manages end-to-end planning, execution, controls, and closure of a project
• Ensures business objectives and project benefits are identifiable, measurable, and realized
• Monitors and tracks project progress both internally and with outsourced providers, and leads the project team to successful on-time and on-budget delivery of each project
• Collaborates with users and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and mitigate risk
• Quickly build credibility and relationships in a highly matrixed environment
• Provide senior technical leadership, researching and understanding each technbology in-depth to provide guidance to the project team members where required.

In addition to project management duties, the IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT operations at local level. This includes managing the local IT team (1 person). You will ensure that all IT systems and infrastructure are functioning correctly, assisting the global support team in India with raising any technical issues. Your responsibility may also extend in being responsible for budgeting and procurement related to IT equipment and services locally. The IT Manager serves as a crucial point of contact between the local office or site and the central IT department. He relays information, requirements, and issues from the local team to the central IT team and vice versa. You will act as a bridge to ensure that local IT needs are understood and addressed by the broader IT organization. Main skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently under light supervision
• Keen sense of issue prioritization and strength to make intelligent decisions on their own
• Confidence to have candid discussions with individuals at all levels both internally and with users
• Knowledge and experience with standard Prince2 Project Management Methodology
• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint required
• Understanding of the ITIL Life Cycle methodology and interest in Financial Technology
• Experience writing procedures, business requirements and performing business analysis tasks preferred
• Experience in managing outsourced project delivery teams
