Director, Property Risk Engineer (Remote)

The  Director, Property Risk Engineer  is responsible for conducting Middle Market field surveys and providing comprehensive service support. This role includes both on-site physical surveys and virtual / phone assessments, focusing on detailed evaluations of operations, exposures, and control adequacy.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct both on-site and virtual / phone assessments of prospects and clients.
• Perform detailed property evaluations and summarize findings in internal reports with appropriate recommendations for loss improvement.
• Assess sprinkler system adequacy and calculate Normal Loss Expectancies and Probable Maximum Loss Expectancies.
• Evaluate Nat Cat exposures (flood, windstorm, hail, wildfire, etc.).
• Provide support to underwriters, policyholders, and brokers.
