About this PositionThe position consists in creating and implementing marketing strategy for brands portfolio as well as building brands awareness and improve market share. What you´ll do
- Develop and implement brand marketing plans taking into account local market and consumer insights
- Monitor performance, market situation and opportunities for brands
- Prepare and present reports of brand and portfolio performance
- Monitor and manage brand budget according to given allocation and defined process
- Ensure all planned activities are executed to an optimal level
- Responsible for media communication, campaign briefing and planning
- Build Brands strategy and the yearly marketing activity plan
- Represent Brands within local and regional organizationWhat makes you a good fit
- Related Academic Background (Marketing or equivalent)
- Minimum of 7 Years of experience within a multinational FMCG with good knowledge of the Tunisian Market
- Good Understanding of industrial environment as well as its interactions involving different stakeholders
- P&L Mastery
- Strong Communication Skills (English is mandatory)
