About the role
- As a Technical Trainer in our Customer Experience (CX) team, you will design and deliver engaging onboarding and upskilling programs for our Technical Support and Billing teams. Reporting to the QA & Training Coordinator , you will ensure our teams have the technical expertise, tools, and confidence to provide exceptional customer service. You will manage our SaaS training platform, refresh learning content, and collaborate closely with QA and team leads to identify training needs and drive performance improvement.
What you'll do
Deliver dynamic onboarding sessions for new hires in Technical Support and Billing.Create and update training content to reflect product, system, and policy changes.Manage our SaaS training platform to ensure smooth and effective learning experiences.Provide refresher and targeted training based on QA feedback and performance data.Monitor training impact through 30, 60, and 90-day new hire performance reviews.Collaborate with CX leadership, QA, and HR to align training with business goals.Who you Are
Must-Haves :
2+ years in Technical Support or Customer Experience roles.Proven experience delivering training or coaching in a support environment.Strong technical skills and engaging presentation style.Familiarity with WHMCS, cPanel, Ada, or similar tools.Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset.Nice-to-Haves :
Experience with SaaS training platforms or LMS tools.Knowledge of KCS or similar knowledge-sharing frameworks.QA or performance coaching experience.Technical writing or documentation skills.Why join WHC
