REECHO est une société française spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des consultants et le conseil. Contrairement aux centres d’appels classiques, nous adoptons une approche qualitative et professionnelle afin d’apporter des solutions adaptées aux besoins de nos clients.
✨ Vos missions :
Prospecter et identifier de nouveaux clients via différents canaux (réseaux professionnels, bases de données, recommandations…).
Présenter nos services de manière claire et convaincante, en adoptant une approche personnalisée et professionnelle.
Analyser les besoins des prospects et leur proposer des solutions adaptées.
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des échanges jusqu’à la signature du contrat.
Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe commerciale pour optimiser les performances.
🎯 Profil recherché :
✔ Diplômé(e) Bac+5 en commerce, gestion ou domaine équivalent.
✔ Expérience de 1 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire (commercial, télévente, business development…).
✔ Maîtrise parfaite du français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
✔ Excellentes compétences en communication, en négociation et en persuasion.
✔ Capacité à interagir avec des professionnels et à comprendre leurs besoins.
✔ Autonomie, sens de l’initiative et motivation pour atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.
✔ Pour les profils tunisiens, possible en full télétravail.
