Operation Manager

Our partner is a company specialising in the design and manufacture of lifts, escalators and automated doors.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate leadership experience and have the ability to support, inspire and energise the team.

The main tasks :

• Responsible for maintenance planning, field operations management and 24 / 7 services.
• Managing the growth of orders received and monitoring sales targets in line with market potential and front line guidelines.
• Working with the Sales Manager to ensure appropriate use of offers and value propositions by the operations team.
• Supervision of the supervisory team, performance management and regular monitoring in the field.
• Appropriate allocation of resources to achieve the short and long term objectives of the maintenance team.
• Developing the skills of the operational team and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service in collaboration with the Sales, CS&A and Helpdesk teams, whilst ensuring effective project management in line with company methods.
